Mental health means the overall wellness about how a person things and is able to regulate the feelings and behave accordingly. Sometimes people experience some kind of disturbance in the mental functioning. The reason for this dis functioning could be stress or a disorder.
It is very important that a person understand whenever he or she is facing any kind of mental illness and he or she feels that the feelings are not being communicated in the proper manner. To be able to communicate properly we must be able to take care of our mental well being. It is very important that we value our own self and we must not criticize self when there are failures in life.
To value our own self we must invest time in the things that we like such as our hobbies and favourite projects because that will give us some kind of stress free life. It is equally important to take care of our physical health being because physical health being gives us the kind of support that is required to keep our mental health positive. For that we must avoid smoking and weeping and drink plenty of water and eat nutritious food. For a good mental health being it is very important that we take proper care of our body and self with good people.
A good social support also leads to a good mental health and we all have to deal with it from time to time and it is very important that we learn the strategies to deal with stress because nobody can do without it. One of the most important aspects of dealing with stress is to give our self time and we able to do things that we like.
